Quader is a great real estate personnel & we had a pleasant experience during our investment purchase property in Victoria. We found, he is very knowledgeable, expert, professional & reliable person. The moment I spoke with him, realised best person to trust. It was very smooth and easy process specially when we are outside of Victoria.
During our inspection, we were allowed additional time to inspect the property and provided opportunity meet with the tenant. We had bunch of silly questions (noting outside of Victoria) and made us comfortable to ask him any questions. He responded all our queries patiently and if he was unsure find answers within reasonable time. Although he does not manage the property however, he has provided us guidance to find a good property manager.

Quader is by far the most honest and diligent real estate agent I’ve dealt with, giving lots of feedback, realistic price guides and then being able to contact people that are willing to buy.
With His initiative and contacts he was able to sell two properties within a week apart achieving a great result for my family .
Quader was very easy to work with, he would give me a couple days notice for when he was planning to do a private inspection and would plan everything around my work schedule.
